The original painting was inspired by the dream of sitting in a field of wild flowers having a picnic, reading a book and enjoying a soft breeze and the sound of the birds chirping in the background. It brings me a feeling of peace. That feeling of everything in the world is right and I want to bottle up that moment. I imagine it kind of feels like Monet in his garden.
