About Erin

I took an art class in middle school and the love/obsession began. It was a talent I didn’t know I had and a love for art I never knew would become my entire life. What started as a fun elective I could take at school opened up a world of possibility for me. Later in life I became a full time wedding photographer however lately I found myself back with a paintbrush in my hand. I feel so new to painting again even though I’ve been doing this for decades. I feel like a brand new artist as I’ve switched my medium of a camera to a paintbrush.

When I have a paintbrush in my hand the rest of the world fades away. I love creating and I love art with all my soul. I have been a professional photographer for the last 12 years on top of painting since I was 12 years old. The love runs deep for all things in the arts. If I can feel it and make it with my hands that’s all I want to do.

I'm very inspired by French impressionist painters and nature. I love soft days, outdoors, gardening, cooking, thrifting, music and my two children Penelope and Emerson. You can find me exploring, traveling, taking photos, listening to music, finding a good local restaurant or boutique and finding all the little joys in life.
